Great career opportunity for a General Manager at our Giraffe Stop coffee shop in Heathrow Airport, salary up to £28k plus bonus and extra shift pay.

Having launched our fantastic restaurants with food from all over the world, we turned our hands to producing the best coffee and freshest smoothies in Giraffe Stop, and now we’re searching for the very best General Manager to join us in helping bring the Giraffe Stop experience to life. Your role as a General Manager:

Manage the operation of the store including the development and growth of people, sales and profits
Motivate and inspire your team through a genuine passion for hospitality
Manage the store in accordance with established company standards, policies and procedures
Drive sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and implement a high level of superior guest service
Maximise profits by controlling food, beverage and labour costs

You will be:

Highly experienced in branded General Manager roles
Used to working in high volume businesses
A relationship builder who understands the need to work with airport owners in a client-focused business
