Hospitality Catering Supervisor - Harrow School

Harrow School is seeking a Hospitality Catering Supervisor to join their busy in-house Catering department. The team provides a high standard of food for boys aged between 13 and 18 years, teachers and support staff, as well as for School conferences and functions.

The successful candidate will be predominantly responsible for overseeing and delivering events from VIP lunches and dinners to canapé receptions for the Head Master and guests. They will also be required to become part of the kitchen team when the hospitality function is less busy, supporting colleagues with food preparation and general cleaning duties.

The ideal candidate will be from a hospitality/event catering background. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours, five out of seven evenings and some weekends. A positive can-do attitude and a high standard of personal presentation are major requirements of the role. Applicants should also have experience and knowledge of in-house systems for creating bookings, confirmation and function sheets.
