Summary

We are looking for to recruit a Welfare and Engagement Manager to cover our stunning centre in Bembridge, Isle of Wight. You will be responsible for managing the staff welfare and engagement of the team on centre, first line contact for any on centre welfare issues.

As a well being and Engagement Manager you would be the main contact for all live in staff and escalate any issues as required to the Centre Manager during your weekly meeting. you duties would include overseeing staff accommodation to ensure it remains in a clean, tidy and safe state ensuring all Health and Safety procedures adhered to. Your would also attend accommodation at least two nights a week to engage all staff and arranging a monthly social.

About you

The successful candidate have excellent communication and organisational skills. We are looking for a driven, outgoing and enthusiastic individual. A first aid at work qualification is essential.
