About the role…

You will be responsible for welcoming all guests in a friendly and professional manner.  You will also check-in and check-out guests, ensuring all bills are processed correctly.  You will also need to organise alarm calls, newspaper requests, restaurant bookings and any other guest requests efficiently.  

About you…

You be well presented and have excellent customer and communication skills. You will ideally have previous experience in a hotel front office environment.  You will be able to work as part of a team as well as showing your own initiative whilst also displaying exceptional standards of customer care at all times.
