Reception Shift Leader for an exceptional 5 star Hotel

The Reception Shift Leader role:

The role of the Reception Shift Leader is to assist the Reception Manager in the smooth running of Reception, Switchboard and Night Audit. To provide traditional hospitality and service excellence, offering a warm welcome to guests, whilst achieving agreed sales targets with a pro-active approach to existing and potential guests.

The Reception Shift Leader will:

• Possess excellent communication and customer care skills and have the ability to inspire and manage the Reception team; one to one training and good attendance management skills are essential.
• Have hotel reception experience along with good IT Skills (Word/Excel), knowledge of Fidelio Opera Reservation and Rooms Management System and Telephone Switchboards.
• Have knowledge of Point of Sales Systems,

NVQ Supervisor Level or equivalent and a 2nd language are all desirable.
