Online Trading Co-ordinator
Based at Asda House in Leeds

We have an exciting opportunity for an Online Trading Co-ordinator to join our team! You’ll work in the heart of Asda’s busiest trading teams & it will be your role to ensure our Grocery Home Shopping website is aligned to our stores, to drive sales for the online business. You will work collaboratively with the eCommerce merchandising team to optimise the website for your category and execute the eCommerce strategy. You’ll build strong relationships with customer insight, merchandisers, category planners and buyers.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Implementation of range changes online – including managing the Brandbank process

Category event execution – manage the planning and execution of key events e.g. Christmas

Drive promotions through nominating bestselling promo lines for discretional space to drive incremental sales

Optimise the customer journey for your category including – taxonomy, search, favourites & product pages

Work on replenishment and unfulfilled strategy to reduce unfulfilled and create an action plan to improve position

Own building blocks to deliver online sales plan

About you:
You’ll have –

A proven track record in a similar web/ online retail role

A passion for driving customer led online retailing

Experience in FMCG retail

Project, stakeholder and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with a flexible approach

Eye for detail

Confidence to engage & develop strong working relationships with Buyers

Ability to work at pace
