We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Musician & Band Booking Agent to join our HQ team, located in Milton Keynes, UK.

You will become a key member of our tedtalent department and be responsible for the management of musicians to perform for our leading clients.

Role responsibilities

In this exciting role, you will create and develop a portfolio of musicians to work multiple contracts worldwide, developing the client’s offering through diligent placement of quality acts and performers.

As an excellent communicator with stand-out organisational skills, you will form strong working bonds with clients, acts, agents and venue management, and you will arrange and organise open days and live sets for musicians to audition.

Qualifications and skills

You must have the knowledge and ability to audition all musicians, including sight reading, and also be able to multi-task projects effectively.

The ability to be free to travel domestically and internationally at short notice is key for this role, with world travel guaranteed, and you must possess a full UK Driving License.

Character and attitude

You will have a forward-thinking attitude and approach, with the ability to work under your own initiative.

The ability to play a musical instrument is also beneficial.

Experience

You must have knowledge of the entertainment industry, with experience in auditioning live musicians, singers and performers, and the ability to read and arrange music.

Knowledge of industry-specific resources, websites and trade media is also beneficial, to maximise the recruitment of musicians.
