Working alongside your General Manager you will be the face of the business and assist with the leadership of the team, growth of the business and putting smiles on our customer faces.

About the Assistant Manager Role

About the Pub

We are a purpose built chef and
brewer having been in situ for the last 11 years, we are just on the out skirts
of Gloucester, just off the busy M5.



We are on a complex with a hotel and a gym and bowling alley but the complex is just about to change therefore require an Assistant Manager who is full of ideas of how to build upon the existing trade throughout the complex's development

This will require a strong person to join the team, they will have to support the General Manager to help drive sales and at the same time ensure that the standards in the business are kept and that every guest is wowed and can't wait to return.
