Chief Instructor

40hrs per week

We are looking to recruit a Chief Instructor at our stunning Dearne Valley centre to lead and manage the Programme team to deliver sessions/programmes that delight guests and meet their aims and objectives. As a Chief Instructor you will join the management team and ensure that all activities are delivered to the highest possible standard and assist with all aspects of operations on centre.

You will be an excellent team manager leading and developing the programme team, be a positive role model and leading by example at all times. Our guests are at the heart of everything we do so as a Chief instructor you will ensure programmes are delivered to enthuse, inspire and motivate our guests.

About You

We are looking someone with excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion and ability to inspire, motivate and develop our staff and guests. You will need to be solution focused with the ability to solve problems effectively. You will also need to be able to demonstrate that you have a range of exceptional session delivery skills, and knowledge of safety management procedures. You will have an excellent approach to team work, a proven track record of managing teams, and a strong focus on guest welfare.
