Are you a passionate about customer service, have a high attention to detail and a highly motivated Banqueting Reservations Coordinator?  We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Banqueting Reservations Coordinator to join the back of house/kitchen operations here at our Pall Mall clubhouse in London.

As the Banqueting Reservations Coordinator you will ensure that all functions, whether that be internally within the Club or externally, are well organised and properly communicated to all parties involved including Members, guests and internal departments.

You will require excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills at all levels and organisation and prioritisation skills to manage a busy workload and conflicting tasks.

Reporting directly into the Banqueting Reservation Manager you will assist them in ensuring that the coordination of multiple events is clear, concise, timely and completed in a professional manner.

To be successful within this role you will have at least 1 years' experience in a customer facing role and ideally within a high-end establishment. You will be a confident communicator who can relay information accurately and problem solve when issues arise. Due to the nature of this role you must be adaptable as you could be assisting in the coordination of events ranging from a small intimate lunch or dinner for Members or a large-scale Wedding.

You must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and if you have working knowledge of Opera that would be desirable.
