Supervisor - London

We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Supervisor to jump on board and support the day to days!

EGGBREAK is our friendly neighbourhood all-day 70-seater diner in Notting Hill, known for our eggcellent brunch. It serves delicious, comforting dishes, using some of the best produce around, and somewhere you can pop in for poached eggs, bring the family at the weekend, or kick back with a coffee and the paper.

What you’ll do…

In a nut shell, you will support the restaurant management team on all aspects of running the restaurant from opening to closing. You’ll be responsible for inspiring exceptional guest service and supporting the team to deliver on this, through following our steps of service. You’ll have a can do attitude with up selling and promotions and be the coach and mentor for our newbies.
