Head of Product - Ennismore London

We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Product to join our London team and help us develop our digital assets, to create innovative websites and hospitality solutions that help us grow and deliver an amazing experience to our guests and in-house teams

It’s a real opportunity to build innovative customer focused products for The Hoxton, Gleneagles and our new brands. It’s a mixture of greenfield developments and iterative improvements to existing digital assets to strenghthen our brands.

What you’ll do…

  • Lead and inspire the business with a roadmap that develops and delivers innovative and commercially successful products that meet our customer needs across our brands
  • Play a crucial part in key projects such as:
    • A new website for Gleneagles incorporating exciting new ventures, reimagining the luxury online experience for a customer centric heritage brand
    • A new website for The Hoxton integrating our 9 hotels, restaurants, meeting & events spaces and our new co-working business – the Hoxton has always lead from the front as a hospitality business and the new site will do the same.
    • Greenfield digital builds for some exciting new Ennismore brands.
  • Own our websites’ KPIs, always looking to optimise so that we smash (and exceed) them
  • Work closely with our digital managers and cross-functional teams to build business cases for investment in our digital assets
  • Together with our designers and partner agencies, you’ll put the user-experience at the heart of everything we build
  • Get involved in the relationship with our digital development agency to ensure we are closely aligned

  • A track record of drawing up a strategy for bringing commercially successful products to market, through creative thinking and your ability to understand markets and (our) consumers
  • Passion for developing the best digital products that improve our guest experience
  • A desire to implement change, joining our journey to elevate our digital presence and experiences
  • A focus on measurement, someone who can build, test, evaluate and adapt in a fluid environment
  • Someone who enjoys working with a variety of stakeholder groups – from technical development to brand marketing and external partner relationships
  • An emphasis on the user experience and design that dovetails with the brand
