Project Manager - Ennismore London

We are on the lookout for a crucial new member to join our Ennismore brand team, effectively project managing all The Hoxton’s juiciest projects across Europe and the US – exciting!

We’re a creatively led place where everyone really cares about the execution of brilliant ideas, and you’ll work centrally with our brilliant design team on the effective delivery of projects big and small.

What you’ll be doing:

• Project manage multiple projects at one time coming from various teams, across print, online, retail and event activation, from start to finish for everything to do with The Hoxton – think pow-wow sessions at the inception of projects, stand up meetings, resourcing, status updates and the like
• Build clear project plans with key milestones and deliverables and making sure our teams are aware and on the same page from start to finish
• Act as a go-between for our designers and brand managers, giving feedback and helping everyone define what success looks like
• Seek out ways to inspire the team to create amazing work, always look for new opportunities to improve ways of working
• Build key relationships with multiple external suppliers & partners
• Keep an eye on costs/budgets throughout projects, including getting those invoices sorted

The kind of person we’re looking for…

• 4+ years’ experience in working with creative teams on delivering meaty and sometimes bespoke brand projects
• Production experience; acting as overseer of projects, and approval processes, ensuring partner deliverables are met
• Has previously worked with project management systems; if you know Trello all the better!
• Loves the design process, and likes to chip in with their own ideas
• People who know you would describe you as ‘a plate-spinner’ and ‘unflappable’
• You know how to build great relationships and inspire trust, natural at leading and motivating others
• Commercially aware and the ability to deliver top quality work within the constraints of realistic budgets
• Up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once
• If we got stuck in a lift together we’d have a good time and share a few laughs
• You’re not precious, we leave all egos at the door and help get shit done
