LOOKING FOR AN AMAZING LIFE EXPERIENCE

Most of your responsibilities are (but not limited to):

    Personal diary management including, booking appointments (for family too), booking all travel arrangements globally, opening and responding to mail accordinglyEnsuring accommodation including transportation is arranged at all timesMaking sure all household administration is taken care of, ensuring bills are paid on time, property maintenance is taken care of, groceries and shopping is ordered in a timely mannerRunning errands Assisting family members with personal requestsDealing with all personal correspondenceCoordinating personal and business tasks with current Executive Assistant

Experience: 

  • At least three to five years providing support for upper-level management in a related organization (i.e., start-ups, travel sector, marketing).
  • You would be expected to support in both office and out-of-office capacities
  • You will take ownership as well as initiative most of the time
  • Your ability to juggle multiple tasks and also time zones will be critical to your success in this role
  • Experience of working with a CEO in a family setting; extending support to immediate family
Requirements:
    Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with administration, marketing or social sciences background and an interest in global issues and travel.
Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven track record as a multi-regional PA experienced working at the most senior levels.
  • Flexible, committed and able to work under pressure.
    Be able to work outside of normal working hours to meet the needs of the CEO's.Excellent attention to detail with a good understanding of the business so able to prioritise effectively and Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and stakeholder management experience so able to develop a quick working relationship with key Selina leadership.A high level of discretion is required in this role.Excellent knowledge PowerPoint, knowledge of Word and Excel.
