Working as a PGL Activity Instructor is a unique working experience. We provide a fun, supportive environment that allows both our guests and our staff to have a great time and develop.

Starting in March 2019 as an Activity Instructor, you’ll lead our groups in a number of exciting activity sessions from archery to zip wire and everything in between. You’ll also be on hand to ensure our guests have a fantastic time even when they’re not participating in activities and energy levels are maintained… not an easy task but get it right and it is extremely rewarding.

Our Activity Instructor role is for anyone who enjoys being active in the outdoors, has a passion for sport and is able to provide effective instruction, leadership, support and encouragement to a group of guests. Individually you will be confident, engaging and have experience of working/volunteering with children. This could be working with your local Scout/Guide group, coaching a local sports team or volunteering with various other kid’s clubs or groups.

As for the rest? We will take care of providing you with the training and support you need to be confident and successful in your role. Whilst working with PGL you will be offered many other training opportunities and gain a wide range of transferable skills that will look great on your CV.
