Event Sales Executive - our expectation

  • To ensure that all events assigned to you are executed to the highest level, liaising with other departments as necessary to ensure personalised, prompt and flawless service to all guests.The position will also act as a ‘one-point contact’ for all meeting organisers in respect of guest requests, complaints or any other feedback.
  • To ensure all confirmed bookings and client requirements are met from the enquiry date through to the close of billing. To actively promote the property through good customer service and selling and to ensure the return of business is high.
  • To maximise rooms, groups, conference and events revenue through pro-active selling and commercial management techniques.
  • To manage the conversion of customer enquiries into confirmed sales to develop future and repeat business contributing to the profitability of the hotel.
  • To drive sales activities and develop successful working relationship with sales team to drive business.
  • Be eligible to live and work in the UK
