Director of Marketing – Group Office, London

We are currently recruiting for a Director of Marketing to join our London Group Office to implement the hotel brand strategy for the group's three luxury London hotels; The Marylebone, The Kensington and The Bloomsbury. 

Rebranded just three years ago, the hotels have undergone significant investment both in terms of product and services. This investment has included the launch of destination restaurants and bars, unique event spaces and luxury signature suites and has successfully positioned the hotels in the lifestyle, luxury segment. International awards received in the last two years bear testament to this.

This role will be responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive brand, marketing, communications and public relations programme (on and offline) that will deepen the hotels' positioning and brand awareness growth in the marketplace.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall marketing strategy for each hotel; the execution of quarterly/annual plans; including PR, partnership and robust social media strategies. This person will be tasked with creating seasonal campaigns to drive weekend and leisure business; managing the curation of content for our 'Slice of the City' concept, social media and website content management. This person will also be accountable for the departmental budget, reporting, competitor research, relationships with external agencies and managing a small team.

Our Director of Marketing will need to understand the luxury hotel sector and be genuinely attracted by the opportunity to work with these premium brands. The ideal candidate will be degree educated, have worked in a similar role with a luxury hotel brand/s and with a minimum of 10 years' experience.

Strong presentation skills Strong numeracy skills To be an ambassador of The Doyle Collection at all times, representing the company and its core values with the utmost professionalism
