With a stunning refurbishment of our bar, restaurant and canal-side terrace already underway, our new Bar Manager will be central to the design of a new beverage concept and will lead our bar team during this transformation. With a core team of 30, increasing during match season, our bar boasts an energetic and passionate team who showcase the warmth and kindness associated with Irish Hospitality daily.

This is a great opportunity for a knowledgeable drinks professional with a passion for service, to lead this team. You will currently be working in a similar role, or ready to step up from an Assistant Manager position and will be aware of all the latest food and drink trends (WSET level 2 or 3), know all the new openings and be well connected within the industry.

The key responsibilities for this role will focus on ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests, supporting and guiding a passionate team, representing the department as part of the greater hotel team and ensuring the financial success of the bar.
