We are looking for an experienced Demi Chef de Partie to join the passionate and experienced team delivering exceptional dining experiences at our Pall Mall Clubhouse in St James’s, London.

The Role:

As a Demi Chef de Partie you will be continually striving for perfection and satisfaction as you produce 5 star standards of food within our Fine Dining kitchen. You will assist in maintaining the smooth running of a section within the kitchen, helping in the preparing and cooking of dishes and keeping a written record of recipes. Key aspects of your role will include:

  • Assisting the Chef de Partie in maintaining stock levels of all produce, and maintaining the cleanliness of the holding fridges.
  • Producing and checking mise en place to meet requirements set out by the Sous chefs.
  • Assisting in preparing and cooking the food for the staff restaurant facility.

The Person:

To succeed you’ll need promising standards of cooking ability, attention to detail and adaptability as well as good communication skills. You should also possess:

  • Basic food hygiene certificate.
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a 3 star or above establishment.
  • The ability to work on any section of the kitchen.
  • Relevant product knowledge.
