Are you an organised, reliable and highly motivated Storeman?  We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Storeman to join the back of house/kitchen operations here at our Pall Mall clubhouse in London.

The role:

To assist the Executive Chef, his PA and the Head Chef with the day to day purchasing, receiving and storing of perishable and non - perishable food products for use across all Food & Beverage outlets. The person should be familiar in working with procurement systems ideally Procure Wizard purchasing system. Previous exposure of working with hospitality business, multiple food outlets or restaurants would be beneficial. Working collaboratively with other departments and to complete any administrative tasks assigned to the role.

The person:

• Knowledge of conducting date checks and storing perishable and non-perishable food items.
• Purchasing systems knowledge
• Strong knowledge of Food Hygiene and Food Safety regulation
• High Attention to detail
• Flexibility
• Computer literate in Word, Outlook and Excel
• Team Player
