Retail Site Manager

Hello we’re BatFast – we design, build and manufacture cricket simulators. Our mission is to get as many people to love cricket just as much as we do and we’re doing this by working with professional cricket teams, governing bodies, schools, universities, communities as well as the leisure and hospitality industries. We’re a British company with a global presence – you’ll find our customers scattered around the world and they’re just as keen as we are to make cricket one of the most played sports globally.

We are currently in the process of opening our first entertainment based cricket simulator retail site, and are looking for talented, proactive and ambitious individuals who will help us bring cricket into the modern age and put bats in the hands of the next generation of cricketers. Objectives and Targets:

• To project manage the construction and implementation of a BatFast retail site for entertainment
• To work with M and E contractors etc. to ensure the site is up to standards
• To get the retail site up and running as a sustainable business
• To hit the revenue / occupancy targets of the retail site
• To manage a team of less experienced individuals to run the operation
• To deliver the retail site to a deadline
• Entertain potential clients for demos etc.
• Maintain relationships with local partners / clients e.g. Essex CCC
• To confirm the business case for a BatFast retail site
• Ensuring the safety of customers at all times - have a good understanding of the Health and Safety requirements
