Set in 350 acres of beautiful countryside in Surrey, our client provides a welcoming sanctuary from the bustle of the capital city featuring an extensive range of luxury facilities.

We are looking for a Spa Therapist who shares the values of our client. Combining a passion for their heritage with a desire to achieve new levels of excellence, exceeding expectations, treat each other with respect, and ensure mutual trust is at the core of everything they do.

Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

• NVQ Level 2 and 3 Beauty Therapy qualified, CIDESO, CIBTAC
• Minimum 1 years' experience with a premium salon or spa
• A passion for providing five star customer service
• The ability to adapt and respond to various situations smoothly and efficiently
• Outgoing and bubbly personality

Brief Over View Of Duties:

• Taking responsibility for reaching and exceeding retail and treatment targets
• Preparing and maintaining the treatment rooms as set out in the operating manual
• Delivering all treatments, as trained, to the required standard of excellence
• Creating a welcoming atmosphere and anticipating members' needs
• Keeping up to date with all sports and wellness services, promotions and products in order to make recommendations and deliver service beyond your own job
• Ensuring amendments and additions to bookings are communicated to the reception team so that the correct charges can be applied
