Restaurant Team Leader - Tebay Services

Located adjacent to the renowned Tebay Services, with fantastic views across the fells, Tebay Services Hotel is part of the Westmorland Family of businesses. Taking pride in the service we offer, we only sell beef and lamb that is reared on our own farm, cut by our team of butchers and prepared by our passionate team of chefs. We serve a range of dishes on our menu from seasonally inspired dishes to classics with a Cumbrian twist.

We are looking for a Team Leader in our Restaurant to take control of service. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will ensure the delivery of excellent standards and the highest levels of service for our guests by organising and motivating your team. Previous supervisory experience in a hotel and/or restaurant would be an advantage; however we would also be keen to hear from people looking to take the first steps into management. Full training will be given including taking part in our internal management training programme.

Hours: Full time, 5 days over 7 on a rota basis including weekends

Salary: £8.96 per hour
