Seasonal Grounds Team Member - Hoburne Naish, New Milton

Between the beach and the New Forest, there's always loads to do at Hoburne Naish holiday park in Hampshire and it is an exciting time to join the team as a Seasonal Grounds Team Member.

Hoburne Naish enjoys an enviable reputation in the Holiday Parks Industry, having received no less than 10 consecutive Rose Awards for Excellence and currently graded “Excellent” by the English Tourist Board.  The Park covers more than 100 acres and enjoys almost 1,000 yards of cliff frontage with unrivalled views to the Isle of Wight and Christchurch Bay.

For Hoburne Naish to retain its reputation within the Holiday Industry we must continue to offer the highest standards in facilities, accommodation and service and we are now looking for a Seasonal Grounds Team Member to join our team.

The role of the grounds staff is to ensure the park facilities i.e. grass, hedgerows, plants and borders are maintained and presented to the highest possible standards. You will also be required to carry out concrete extensions to caravan bases.

The successful candidate must be flexible, enthusiastic, take pride in their work and have a willingness to turn their hand to other tasks when required. Experience with operating various plant machinery is advantageous.

Requirements:

  • Conscientious and committed to exemplary standards
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Hold a full clean driving licence

This is a full-time seasonal position of 40 hours per week.

The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work some anti-social hours including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

As a member of staff, you will have a Hoburne Team Card giving you access to a range of staff benefits and 30 working days holiday per year (including 8 public holidays) for a full-time position.
