We are looking for a welcoming and professional Lounge Waiter to help provide the perfect environment for Members to relax or entertain guests at our Pall Mall clubhouse in Central London.

We are also recruiting a number of Seasonal Lounge Waiters available from April 2019 until October 2019.

The Role: As Lounge Waiter, you will play an important part in achieving and surpassing our high standards and will see you delivering exemplary levels of service, hospitality and hygiene. You will be responsible for ensuring all food is served perfectly, including snacks in the lounge areas and to the Members rooms. You will also be responsible for cashing up after lunch and dinner and for investigating any anomalies, as well as contributing to the wider Club team, including keeping on top of cleaning and maintenance issues.

The Person: To succeed you will be extremely polite and presentable, good at managing your own time and productivity and able to follow any instructions or requests from senior staff, as well as from our members and their guests. Ideally you will also have:

• Previous training in food hygiene and/or food service.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
