About the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager at Air Balloon (FY4 2QS)

We are looking for an Assiatant Manager to support the General Manager and team here at the Air Balloon.

The purpose of your role will be to support the General Manager to manage a high volume business within a complex food operation, but also having a commercial eye to spot potential opportunities to push the site forward. Leading and developing a large team will be another key part in your role along with keeping the customer in the heart of everything you do.

About you:

You will be an experienced Assistant/ Deputy Manager who has a proven track record in food led pub/restaurant business.

With a genuine passion for customer service and an array of leadership skills, you'll have management experience in fast-paced, high volume businesses. One day, we hope you'll pick up the keys to your very own Pub & Grill, so we're looking for someone who thrives on responsibility, naturally does a little bit more and has that unflappable enthusiasm that will inspire the team and deliver outstanding success. You also will have the desire to progress through the Greene King structured management development programme.
