Provide a warm and energetic greeting to our Cedarwood Spa clients and hotel guests and show them around Spa and facilities while promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests to relax and unwind. As a Spa Supervisor you will have to look after the spa team and ensure all training is up to date, payroll figures, forecasts and budgets are submitted to the finance department. You will also have to maintain our high level of customer service and provide information to guests about available treatments. Promote the rules and regulations of the Spa facility intended for the safety and welfare of guests and clients. Be aware of possible situations where guests are not able to safely undertake specific treatments due to medical and health reasons and provide appropriate recommendations.  Clean and maintain all areas through the Spa and any onsite supplies. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
