Key Tasks and Responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Welcoming all new starters in your team and lead on their introduction plan
• Guide new starters through the fundamental steps of services for Housekeeping
• Monitor and evaluate the ongoing training to ensure all team members are educated on the correct and agreed company procedures and practices
• Ensure all training materials are up to date
• Follow all Health and Safety procedures
   

We are looking for:

• Previous Housekeeping experience in a Supervisory level 
• Previous Training experience would be advantageous
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Patient and open minded
• Lead by Example
• Able to demonstrate consistent high quality of cleanliness and service
