Retail Assistant - Stoke Park Country Club & Resort

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Retail Assistant to join the Golf team at Stoke Park.

As a Retail Assistant you will:

  • Provide operational, administrative and retail support to the Pro Shop Management
  • Operating computerised golf course bookings system and shop point of sales system
  • Dealing with customers in respect of retailing and complaints handling
  • Answering queries and providing information where appropriate both in person and by telephone
  • Ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service

Required Experience:

  • To have at least 3 years of retail sales experience
  • A good knowledge of golf and equipment 
  • Ideally a good background level of customer service.
  • To have great communication & customer skills
