Between the beach and the New Forest, there's always loads to do at Hoburne Naish holiday park in Hampshire and it is an exciting time to join the team as a Leisure Team Member.

Hoburne Naish enjoys an enviable reputation in the Holiday Parks Industry, having received no less than 10 consecutive Rose Awards for Excellence and currently graded “Excellent” by the English Tourist Board.  The Park covers more than 100 acres and enjoys almost 1,000 yards of cliff frontage with unrivalled views to the Isle of Wight and Christchurch Bay.

For Hoburne Naish to retain its reputation within the Holiday Industry we must continue to offer the highest standards in facilities, accommodation and service and we are now looking for a Leisure Team Member to join our team.

We are looking for friendly and observant people to ensure all members and customers enjoy a safe and fun time whilst using the facilities. The successful candidate must have an NPLQ or STA qualification, be able to act quickly in an emergency situation, comply with the Company Health and Safety Policy and be flexible with their working hours.

As a member of staff you will have a Hoburne Team Card giving you access to a range of staff benefits and 30 working days holiday per year (including 8 public holidays) for a full-time position.

The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work some anti-social hours including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
