Have you got what it takes?  We are looking for a confident and experienced individual who can work within a small team developing our beauty business.

What are we looking for?

• As a Beauty Therapist you will responsible for:-
• Ensuring the efficient operation of tyhe beauty treatment areas ensuring that the highest level of customer care is offered and maintained at all times whilst achieving budgets. 
• Promoting beauty services by actively organising internal and external promotional opportunities, selling products as part of the treatment and operating beauty products and beauty treatment areas to budget.
• You will take some responsibility for stock control and working with other therapists to achieve beauty financial targets. You will be responsible for charging all treatments accordingly and controlling spa day voucher revenue.
• You will need to develop positive links with suppliers to optimise support available and you will equally optimise your links with other hotel departments encouraging upselling at every opportunity.
• All treatments will be performed to the highest standards at all times by ensuring you have a full understanding of treatments and products and that they are used appropriately. Satisfaction is key.
• Ensuring that all treatment areas are well maintained and clean at all times and that Health and Safety policies are followed.

The Skills and Experience you need to be successful in this role

• In order to be successful in this role you must have achieved a minimum requirement of an NVQ level 2 in beauty.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are ESSENTIAL.
