The Monument is a Greene King Locals and is a well loved part of the community in Hereford and has been run brilliantly by Andrew the General Manager for many years. Located slightly outside of the city centre. It is a value pub, with a great food take that has sport, music and local events at it's heart.
The team is strong and the right candidate will need to work to the same high standard, whilst supporting Andrew to continue to build on the sales year after year.

This can be a first appointment position so we are looking for an experienced Team Leader or an existing Assistant Manager who is wanting to be part of a great team.

About the Assistant Manager Role
