Provide insight and management of business principles including; finances, projects, stakeholder relationships, external factors e.g. market forces and supply chains, laws and regulations. Manage change, stakeholders and projects by developing interpersonal and organisational skills in order to make informed decisions, resolve problems and manage regulations such as Data Protection and Compliance. This will include workshops, e-learning and accredited modules on: IAG Level 3 Diploma in Leadership & Management GDPR, Safeguarding Children & Adults, Prevent Duty, First Aid The key outcomes and skills gained: Insightful understanding of the business and suggest improvements for working practices through producing accurate records and documents. Project management tools to plan, monitor and report work. Key techniques in prioritisation, problem solving, decision making and data analysis.
