Swimming Manager - London

Swimming Nature is the UK’s largest independent provider of private and bespoke swimming tuition, from babies through to adults with nearly 30 years of experience in the sector.

Working closely with the Swimming Nature Team on a day to day basis, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the core business and delivery at the venues. This role will include swim teaching as and when required in your region.

JOB SUMMARY

• Responsible for the business performance of their specific venues
• To be accountable for the safety and security of the swimming nature programme / venue
• To ensure standards are maintained with the programme delivery and instructors to ensure swimming nature maintain a competitive advantage
• To be the primary operational leader between the venue and Swimming Nature
• Be involved in the Customer Service journey, and develop strong customer relationships
• Be involved in the sales journey by ensuring courses are maintained and developed whilst engaging with new prospects
