Our unique selling point is that we are a cheeky, chic and sexy brand offering high-end range of delicious mini-burgers for dine in, delivery, corporate, parties and events.  Our burgers are served in DUO, TRIO, QUAD, DOZEN and TWENTY FOUR sharing boxes.

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. This is an amazing career development opportunity for a hospitality sales professional with at least 3-5 years of senior sales management experience.

THE JOB

To develop and implement Bite Me Burger Co’s corporate business and leisure market sales.  For businesses, it offers an exciting, branded, practical solution for staff and client events.  For the Leisure Market is provides a versatile, delicious and fun alternative to catered food.  The premium pricing point, exceptional packaging, beautiful branding and delicious food will create a talking point for any event and satisfy even the most discerning foodie.

We are looking for a capable, creative and commercial Sales Manager who will create real value for the brand in the Corporate and Personal market. 

The commercial sales target will be to drive Sales opportunities of £500,000 in the first year of trading, i.e. 50 accounts with the intend to order £250 per week (over 40 weeks).

This will be supplemented by Ad Hoc events with a minimum spend of £1,000 (excluding hosting staff if required) with the average of 2 per week, generating £100,000 in the first year.

To grow other sales markets including cinemas, trains and concessions.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong understanding of the Corporate, Events and Delivery hospitality markets in London.
  • Track record of building Corporate Accounts with the target of adding one new major account per week.
  • Access to a network of potential clients and clear sales strategy to attract required volume.
  • Ability to create the required Sales Collateral to support the Corporate Sales Activity including the pricing and service model, marketing segmentation and product proposition.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to maximise the opportunities the brand and operational capability provide.
  • Experience of working in the Corporate and Domestic Entertainment market selling
  • Identify, develop and exploit relevant sales channels for each of the customer and market segments.
  • Develop and report on key metrics to support the strategic delivery.
