Food & Drink Team Leader - Restaurant

A Restaurant Team Leader wanted within the Food & Drink Department with skill for great customer service and a passion for quality.

We are looking for an energetic and vibrant team leader ideally with previous experience in a similar role.

The best candidates will have a natural gift for hospitality and be genuinely excited by the idea of a fast paced expanding business.

The role is integral to the Food & Drink Team making sure that's the case, leading and mentoring our team to deliver superb customer service.

We have a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about guest experience to join our busy team.

Key responsibilities include:

To supervise the department and manage in the absence of the Food & Drink Manager;

Preparation of the restaurant;

Serving of food and drink including:  familiarisation with Menu, making up bills, taking payment and giving change;

Training and upskilling supervisors and team members.

Wine knowledge is advantageous, passion for food a must and a genuine desire for providing excellent service to our guests is vital. If you are a social person who is comfortable starting a conversation with anyone, have a flair for hospitality and like seeing happy customers, this could be the job for you.
