Outdoor Adventure Assistant Manager | Mote Park Outdoor Adventure

Location: Maidstone, Kent.

Salary: £8,000 – 9,000 per annum + Fantastic Benefits

Hours: 20 per week, Part Time.   

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at Mote Park Adventure Zone who are recruiting for an Adventure Park Assistant Manager to work part time, 20 hours per week.  

This brand new Outdoor Adventure area within Mote Park, Maidstone which is due to open ready for Easter 2019 and is offering high ropes, mini adventure golf, climbing walls as well as Segway Safaris.

Overview of the role

As the successful candidate, you will assist to manage all activities on site, ensuring customer safety and high standards of customer care at all times. The role involves supervision of staff, generation of new events business and maintenance of technical equipment. Ability to work additional hours during the peak season is essential.

About You

As the successful candidate you will have proven management experience gained within a Leisure environment. As well as the ability to engage, lead and motivate your team. You will promote an environment that provides safe Leisure activities to everyone throughout the Adventure Zone.

Note: Preference will be given to prospective post holders who possess relevant experience of working in similar size and or larger more complex sporting or leisure facilities.
