Bar Manager - Ye Olde Admiral Rodney, Prestbury

We are looking for a warm, polite, welcoming and enthusiastic person to join our front of house team as bar manager. Our Inn is an integral part of the local community as a very old traditional pub in an affluent area.  

Duties will include bar, cellar and waiting work. The ideal candidate will need to be flexible, reliable and a (small) team player. Previous experience of responsibility is essential together with a ‘can do’ self motivated attitude and the willingness to develop in the role.

We are recruiting for a semi full time role, approximately 30 hours per week. There is often  opportunity to increase these hours on a regular basis to cover holidays. The candidate must be available to work weekend evening shifts.  Salary will be appropriate for the level of experience and skills of the right candidate.
