We are looking for passionate friendly individuals to supervise our brasserie team who are dedicated to ensuring customer service of the highest level. The job will entail working with our managers and floor staff to ensure the smooth running and exceptional service of a busy brasserie. Experience is essential, ideally in a rosette establishment

Duties Include

• Order taking and customer interaction
• Communicating with the staff and floor management team
• Assisting owners and managers with staff training and development
• Greeting customers
• Cleaning and preparation of all public areas
• Drink and food development
• Stocktaking
• Conforming to all company code of practice procedures

Job Type

• Full time available
• Hourly pay of £8.50 - £10 based on candidate
