Who will I be working with?

Zip World is North Wales’ ultimate adventure destination. Home to the world’s fastest zip line, the UK’s first alpine coaster and the UK’s only subterranean net adventure, Zip World is committed to providing the most unique and thrilling adventures - from check-in to touch down.

Established in 2013 with a handful of employees, Zip World now employs over 400 team members and is going from strength to strength, with exciting expansion plans to continue its footprint of adventures across North Wales and beyond.

With the enthusiastic team at the heart and soul of the company, Zip World is passionate about providing nothing short of excellent customer service, and is now on the lookout for passionate, energetic individuals to work across sites in Blaenau Ffestiniog, Betws-y-Coed and Bethesda.

Benefitting from a fun and vibrant working environment with regular social events and activities, and a real sense of being part of a team, you won’t want to let this opportunity fly by…

What will I need to be considered for this Instructor vacancy?

  • Highly focused on delivering excellent customer service
  • Superb interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Ability to work autonomously using your own initiative, as well as part of a team
  • A flexible approach to work with a positive attitude.

What will I receive in return?

As an Instructor you will receive comprehensive training and support to succeed in your role, a pay rate that exceeds National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage, plus a range of attractive benefits including free and discounted access to all Zip World adventures, food and beverage discounts at Zip World sites, and social events throughout the year.

Contract: Seasonal (fixed term contract until October 2019), with varying start dates available, from March 4th to March 25th.

You’ll be working on a weekly rota basis, with flexible hours available varying from 12 hours a week up to 32, depending on visitor numbers and weather conditions. Rota will include weekends, school holidays and bank holidays. Potential for the contract to be extended throughout the Winter months.

How to apply: When applying for this vacancy, please include a covering note starting which of the three Zip World North Wales locations you are applying for (either Blaenau Ffestiniog, Betws-y-Coed or Bethesda).
