Lantana is an Australian style café/restaurant in central London with 3 sites. Lantana's menu is inspired by Australia’s melting pot of culinary cultures and has a fresh, healthy focus using best quality seasonal ingredients. We are consistently recognised as a leader in our field of all day casual dining and celebrating our 10th anniversary this year.

We are looking for an experienced Pastry chef to prepare the baked goods for our three London sites. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced pastry chef looking for an autonomous role who can help us push forward with an innovative and high quality offering.

Depending on experience, the position comes with a package of £26-28,000 per annum.

The Ideal person:

  • Loves food, drinks, restaurants & people
  • Has previous Pastry experience
  • Is creative, reliable, fast, energetic and dedicated!
  • Have a perfectionist’s passion for excellent quality food and coffee
  • Wants to support & work as part of a close-knit team
  • Speaks great English
  • Valid right to work in the UK is essential

You will be working approximately 45 hours over 5 shifts per week. We are open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
