Tonbridge Swimming Pool in Kent are looking to recruit a number of lifeguards to the team in time for the opening of the outdoor pool in April. This is a fun and rewarding position for enthusiastic individuals, which will involve working both indoors and outdoors through the summer!

Work is on a shift basis to include evenings and weekends throughout our busy summer season. You will need to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the facility, while ensuring that our visitors have an enjoyable time. The ideal applicant will be customer focused and able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people.

A current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is required for these posts, however funded training will be considered for suitable applicants who can pass the standard swim test. The next course will run at Tonbridge Swimming Pool from Monday 25 to Saturday 30 March.
