We are now looking for a Recreation Manager for our contract with the largest Oil and Gas Company in the world. Successful candidate will be based in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. Successful candidate will be managing the Recreation Contract. The contract covers operations and maintenance within a gated community. Facilities in the contract include, Fitness Facilities (gyms), Golf course, Horse stables, Movie Theatres, Libraries and bowling alleys. The community is very divers with over 40 different nationalities.

The Recreation Manager reports to the Contract Manager.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Provide manage all operational requirements.
• Manage Recreation Supervisors and their staff
• Advise on ways of ensuring all operational requirements are fulfilled as per contract requirements.
• Be the first point of contact for sports and recreation groups like football club, cricket club and tennis club.
• Develop recreation events to engage the community
• Manage Specialist Consultants

Candidate Requirements Include:

1. BSc Sports Science, Physical Education, Sports Management.
2. Minimum 5 years operational experience.
3. Operational and technical knowledge of Fitness Centres, Bowling Alley, Libraries, Sports Fields, Golf Course, Swimming Pools and Movie Theatres.
4. Knowledge of events management and planning like birthdays, car shows, fitness fairs.
5. Ability to work with diverse staff from multiple nationalities.
6. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
