Operations Manager - Active Nation Chorley

Reporting to: Business Manager

Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum

Active Nation are on the hunt for a new Operations Manager to lead on the operational management of our 3 sites across Chorley, All Seasons Leisure Centre, Clayton Green and Brinscal Swimming Pool.

Through inspirational and dynamic leadership you will ensure the successful day to day operation of each venue through a clear process of focusing on people, safety, service and standards.  You will have experience in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures and will have proven experience of promoting a company culture that reinforces morale and performance.

Within such a competitive market we are looking for a strong confident leader,  who thrives on challenge, believes in being the best and is relentless in seeking a solution through fresh innovative ideas.   A passion for customer service is essential and as is a desire to coach this through your team. 

In a 7 day a week business, flexibility is also crucial.  We need you to be here when we are busiest, so you will need to be able work a variety of times during the day, evening and weekends.
