Working alongside your General Manager you will be the face of the business and assist with the leadership of the team, growth of the business and putting smiles on our customer faces.

About the Pub

We are recruiting for an experienced Assistant Manager who can support the General Manager to help grow a business in a small capacity, but high volume pub. Applicants should be tenacious, have good communication skills and a drive to succeed. We are offering flexible working hours, continued training to develop, and a challenging environment. Applicants will work closely with the General Manager and Kitchen Manager to drive the business in the right direction, as well as the rest of the team, to lead by example and create a successful atmosphere.

General duties include:

  • Daily running of the pub, including opening and closing tasks.
  • Liquor stock performance - responsible for weekly stock takes, daily stock checks, managing the bar including displays, liquor orders, and so on.
  • Training - hands on training with the team, as well as e-learning.
  • Managing the business when the General Manager is out of the business.​
