Key Maid

We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and dedicated Key Maid to join our team here at the Bulgari Hotel London.

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will ensure the high level of cleanliness and comfort in the guest rooms assigned. You will have the ability to work independently and as part of the team, and be impeccable in every manner of service but at the same time, you will be informal and genuine. You will check assigned rooms according to Bulgari Hotel London`s standards in the Floor Housekeepers absence and supervise the team on the floor when deputising for the Floor Housekeeper.

The ideal candidate will have an experience in Housekeeping within a luxury environment.  You are likely to have relevant NVQ or professional qualifications although your passion for the job will be what sets you apart.

To be successful in your application you will already have experience from within a luxury service environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. You will be an immaculately presented individual who possesses informal yet impeccable customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.
