Our programme sits at the core of our company succession plan and is designed to develop candidates into management positions. The programme offers a 2 year structure which allows you to work in every department within at least two of our boutique London hotels. Over the course of this personalised programme you will be given hands on experience within a variety of operational placements, helping you grow into a future Firmdale leader.

The Journey

9 months in Food and Beverage

(Room Service/ Kitchen/ Events/ Restaurant/ Bar)

9 months in Rooms Division

(Housekeeping/ Concierge/ Nights/ Reception/ Reservations)

6 months of Supervisory experience

In addition to this you will benefit from world class training throughout the course of the programme.

  • Must have a degree qualification
