Working with the management to develop and grow a strong customer focussed team able to exceed guest's expectations. Able to manage and motivate their team and provide support to the departmental manager.

• Experience in leading and developing a team
• Passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer service
• Able to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
• Approachable and friendly demeanour, able to give guests a warm welcome
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Well presented
• Previous experience is advantageous
