DEPARTMENT: Ticketing

REPORTING TO: Ticketing Assistant Manager

JOB FUNCTION: To co-ordinate online ticket sales and customer emails

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set up the ticketing system to ensure tickets go on sale online correctly
  • Available to work from 6am when tickets go on sale on a weekday
  • Liaise with the ticketing supplier to ensure events are set up and ready to go on sale online
  • Answer all customer enquiries including personal callers, email, telephone and letters in an efficient and professional manner
  • Processing and fulfilment of season tickets, memberships and match tickets
  • Follow and implement the departmental policies
  • Data entry to be precise at all times
  • Process complaints through the complaints system
  • Ability to sell products actively and proactively

MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organised and prioritise workloads
  • Meets deadlines and targets
  • Timely communication with ticketing supplier

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:

  • At least 12 months experience in a sales/customer service team
  • Excellent organisation and ability to prioritise work loads
  • Excellent customer service skills written and verbally
  • Pro Venue Max experience beneficial but not essential

The Employee must at all times carry out his/her responsibilities with due regard to Chelsea FC Foundation policies and procedures in particular Health & Safety, Financial Authorisation, Confidentiality and with regard to the Data Protection Act. The Employee must act to protect all young people and vulnerable adults that are in their care or attending the Company's premises. The Employee must report any misconduct or suspected misconduct to the Foundation Safeguarding Lead.
