We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in London's largest dive store as our Store Manager.

You’ll be responsible for;

• Day-to-day operations and management of our store sales and presentation
• Selling our dive gear
• Offering dive advice
• Converting sales
• Exceptional customer service driven

You’ll be leading our everyday trading, sales management, merchandising and store activity. You’ll be a natural leader, developing your team to perform at their optimum to deliver sales and exceptional service to our customers.

You’ll already have experience in Retail Store Management, you could be a Supervisor or Assistant Manager looking for a step-up or already running your own store and looking for a new challenge.

Experience in or keen interest in diving (industry knowledge is a HUGE advantage of course), we’re super-passionate about what we do here and you will be the ‘face’ of our products and services.

You’ll be analytical, confident managing budgets and sales forecasting and super-proactive, constantly looking for new ways to improve and make positive change within the business. The digital side of our business is also growing so ideally, you’ll have some digital trading knowledge and understand the ins and outs of how digital and retail work together.

You’ll be based in our Chiswick store and need to be flexible with working Saturdays – this is our busiest day of the week.
